I agree that, I am using my own personal card to make payment. This will be used against me, for any chargebacks or any fraud activity and will save date agreed on. I am aware that once an order is paid I will pickup my order on the date and time chosen or will have it delivered to selected address.

Therefore I will not be able to chargeback any item bought.

I have read the policies of the online store which are

‼️ORDER MUST BE PICKED UP SAME DAY OF YOUR PICKUP DATE OR IT WILL BE CANCELED WITH NO REFUND ‼️ 

‼️ IF SET FOR DELIVERY AND THE ADDRESS IS WRONG IT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE STORE AND MAY BE CHARGED FOR A SECOND DELIVERY ATTEMPT. IF NO ONE IS HOME TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY OR THEY TAKE LONGER THEN 5 MINUTES, WE WILL LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR AND AREN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. ‼️ 

 

I am aware that this website is only for Pompano Beach, FL area for pickup or local delivery!
